This product is produced by the German Trützschler NCX 3 high-performance carding and hydroentanglement direct-laid line, which is equipped with three NC high-performance carding machines. Among these, the middle carding machine is fitted with an independent feeding system, while the front and rear machines share a common feeding system. Through a six-layer fiber web layering process, the fabric surface achieves a more uniform and fine structure, enhancing overall quality.
