SanLi assisted Universal Wipes in Mexico to quickly resume production!
At the end of 2017, Universal Wipes in Mexico commissioned us to purchase a fully automatic wet wipe lid applicator machine from a Chinese manufacturer. After successful installation and commissioning in early 2018, it was officially put into operation.
Recently, the customer urgently contacted me to inform me that the equipment could not operate normally. The machine could not accurately attach the lid to the wet wipe package, resulting in the inability to produce normally. Our technical staff immediately determined the cause of the machine failure. Due to long-term operation, the working environment of the machine's hardware and software systems has changed, resulting in problems with the vision system. At the same time, we immediately found the engineer who installed the machine at the time, but unfortunately, he no longer worked for the supplier a long time ago.
Although the machine was provided by the manufacturer, the vision system that caused the problem was purchased by the manufacturer from another supplier. Therefore, to solve the problem more quickly, we contacted the vision system supplier directly. We also found the engineer who programmed the vision system that year and invited him to personally assist the customer in checking the machine. Soon, together we rewrote the program based on the actual condition of the machine, quickly solving the problem.
When problems arise, our primary goal is to quickly solve the problem and minimize the customer's economic losses!
